By accessing or using the services provided by Live.2.100, Inc. d/b/a Lifetime Employees ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our AI assistant services, website (lifetimeemployees.com), voice services, and related communications, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing, features, and plan details are available upon request or as outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.

By using our services, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your AI assistant's activities, including call summaries, appointment reminders, and service notifications.
All content, technology, software, and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of Live.2.100, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.
We treat all client data, call recordings, transcripts, and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
You retain ownership of your business data, contacts, and content. We retain a license to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement purposes. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for all AI assistant services. In the event of scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages, we will notify affected clients as promptly as possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live.2.100, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ulster County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our services at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any individual service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Live.2.100, Inc. regarding our services.
